    cursor help!

    Hi

    I have two questions.
    1) How to get rid of the cursor when doing a program using curses.h. Though it prints correctly but the presence of the cursor gives it a bad look. How to overcome it without affecting the program?

    2) Can anyone give me a good link where I can find all the information about the functions used in the file curses.h?

    thanks

You could have just spent two seconds at a search engine and got the answer in less time than it would have taken you to write your post.

Well if you weren't so damned lazy you'd have your answer. Like I said, two seconds on google gives you exactly what you were looking for. And I quote:
Can anyone give me a good link where I can find all the information about the functions used in the file curses.h?
The very first hit on Google gives you exactly what you were looking for. A massive index of all the curses functions with full descriptions and protyping.

But I guess you were just too busy complaining that I wasn't being helpful enough to actually click the fing link I provided eh?

The third link answers your first question, but again, you were too god damn lazy and concerned with private messaging me on how unhappy you were with my answer to actually look, weren't you?

    hi

i really appreciate the link given by you for solving the problem. but the tone which you are using for your replies is not good. you have to correct it. that is why i sent a private message to you instead of criticising you in public. dont expect everybody to be a knowall like you if u help do it otherwise, just keep quiet. members are posting here only because they are desperately looking forward to get help after they had tried for some time. hope you understand. i tried links but the keyword which you used for searching was better than the one which i used. so u got better results. it also shows your experience in this field. continue to help others but mind your tone in your replies

My keywords were quite simple. I mean seriously, it doesn't get much simpler than "curses" and "library", since that's exactly what you were looking for. Personally, I don't care if you like my "tone" or not. You had a question, I gave you the answer. End of story. But better than that, I pointed you to where you can find your own answers in the future.

It's a trivial task to find nearly anything you're looking for with a few moments on Google. Thatw as the point of the post.
