Just wanted to know if there are any specific C libraries that would help me in the development of intelligent agents.Specifically i am looking for some libraries that would help me in the development of web based data classification spider agents.
Any help would be appreciated.

Anyway, to answer your question, I don't think that there are any standard libraries for this (pretty sure about that.) However, I'm sure that there are libraries out there which people have written for this use.
