    Angry Can't figure out why?

    Hi,

    I am just about finished my assignment and can't figure out why when I choose option three on the main menu the continue to choose one of the phone numbers, The summary report for the phone numbers only works for the last one. None of the Others. Counld someone please check were I have gone wrong. The function which it is in is called Produce_Report(void) it is at the end of the file which i have attached.

    Okay, after reading the first part of your code. I have not read it all, but I see the problem. When you fill your variables, you rewrite them. The only values that they contain is the very last record. To overcome this you need a structure array. I see you have a structure array. I don't know what the structure looks like, because this is just a code slice, but as far as I did read, it was not used. First tell me if this makes any sense:

    This part of your code rewrites itself into your variables so the only value your variables hold is the last record.

    Maybe you meant to use reading_pointer instead of OrderdBillptr. You copied and pasted but forgot to change the pointer???

    Thanks for your trouble, but I figured it out. It wasn't the filepointer, it just so I typed an x where a y should have been.
