hi!
i need to write a program in c that converts binary numbers to decimal numbers, and i don't know where to start. any help anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated... thanks so much!

You could just start with the search button, since this question is posted weekly (at least). But then, that would actually require some effort on your part...
