    Who know what CHAR_BITS represents?

    hello,
Does char_bits represent the number of bits in a word or a byte?
What does everyone else say? Please choose one or the other and get back to me.
    Thanks!
    Peace out!

Google is your friend for simple questions. Simply put 'char_bits' in the search box and click the little button...
