I can't remember exactly, but I think Ctrl+Insert will paste code.

U can directly open a notepad text in Turbo C. Just open the normal way (be sure to specify *.* instead of *.c). Once u did it
Start of Selection of text: Ctrl+K,B
End of Selection of text : Ctrl+K,K
Paste of selected text : Ctrl+K,C
