I find some of the questions strangely irrelevant and generic... While others are awfully particular and basically seem biased.
    Devoted my life to programming...

This says it's about a study on programming challenges, not "how to better yourself on C programming".

Granted, doing challenges is probably one way to help learn, but there is a disconnect between the title of the questionnaire and the title of this thread.

For the record, to improve ones ability with programming, there are really only two basic steps:

    1. Read
    2. Do

One should lead to the other, back and forth, over and over, if it's an interest of the learner.

How? Read articles of our webmaster Alex Allain.
Especially this one: "don't go too fast; get it right before moving on."
