    I enter the value , but the program doesn't capture the value
    what's the problem ?

    Perhaps you meant
    sHerbook.fPrice = x;

    Perhaps you could also do
    get_details( &sHerbook.fPrice ,&sHerbook.iNumPages ,&sHerbook.iYear);
