Assauming you mean "exists", we have no idea what you are talking about because we do not know the context of your original post. "Codes" can mean literally thousands of different things.

Yes there are such programs. I've only heard of them being used in academia, where they test for plagiarism.
We have no tool like that for this forum.
If you can be more specific in stating your question, we can be a lot more helpful in giving an answer.
