I'm not trying to give you a hard and fast rule, but if the subject is similar post in an existing thread. It's not reasonable for you to make three topics about Boolean in three hours. Threads are bumped to the top of the page when they get replies for two weeks.
You do not need to worry about getting noticed in general. We are extremely active. It so happens that people are extremely impatient.
