    pdcurses , form header file

i have downloaded pdcurses and installed it.

and , right now i am studying a ncurses tutorial , Introduction

there are some sample examples also. but, when i try to compile "form"
code examples , i see that there are no <form.h> header file in the pdcurses installation.

has, anyone used pdcurses? where can i get the form.h header file for pdcurses?

    Introduction
"forms", "menus", and "panels" are all additional libraries - built on top of curses.

Looks like pdcurses only supports the panels library.

Google does not turn up a forms implementation for pdcurses.

You could probably use ncurses under a Posix emulator like Cygwin or MSYS.
