Ok, just about any IDE with syntax highlighting is going to give you most of what you want... and that's all of them.
(hint... if it ain't coloured, you probably misspelled it.)
I'd be more concerned about you using DEV C++ ... it's getting pretty outdated and except for a faltering attempt to update it, it's largely been abandoned.
If you are only doing C coding
Pelles C is a good choice... builds 32 and 64 bit executables, comes with a full suite of Windows development tools, has a great help file that fully documents the IDE, toolchain and library and it's free.
If you are doing mixed C and C++ you might want to check out
code:blocks with MinGw I found this one to be a bit more complicated to work with, but it seems very complete... except no Resource Editors for Windows.
There are others, of course... a bit of Google time will find them for you.
