full size of the window, full screen mode

    Hi.

I use Microsoft Windows 7, 64 bit. My compiler is Dev.

When I write a program, that only prints results in text mode, and compile it and run it, I cannot increase the size of the window, so that if will be "full screen". Not even Alt+enter works.

    How can I achieve that?

    Thank you.

Pah, who needs home run slang when you can have inappropriate poem boy (sans a poem)

Consoles can only go true fullscreen in 32-bit versions of Windows. You can programatically maximize them (ie so they cover more than half the desktop) by doing any of these: Maximizing the Console Window (Completely) Just Let It Flow

Tater is short for this guy who frequently shares his Windows programming expertise.

You don't. Win7 no longer supports full screen DOS mode text.
