project: making VoIP call connection with out accesspoint between two android devices, one of those android device will be having wireless hot-spot facility

In my plan for project my first step was connecting connecting 2 devices through local service provider in android interface ,linux O/S and c language and in second phase my plan was bringing access point functionality to hot-spot device and connecting them with out any local service provider

So you want to earn a master's by pilfering some open source code and passing it off as your own work? No way. How about you study hard and work hard. You'll actually learn something that way, and have a product you built and can be proud of. Earn that degree, earn yourself a good job, earn the respect of yourself and others.
    CommonTater and Salem like this.

Alternatively, spend 4 years in EE and end up working for Radio Shack.
