    Unhappy opengl help (probally simple fix)

    Hello, I was wondering if I could get some help with opengl. I am trying to learn how to write a cube in C. I have downloaded OpenGl, as well as a cube tutorial at: OpenGL - Examples but I am unable to compile it because on lines 1149+ of gl.h there appears to be an issue with all of the commands that start with gl, such as "glAccum". I am sure that I am missing a file/path, but my compiler is not picking it up. What should I do?

    What kind of errors are you getting? Compiler errors or linker errors?

    compiler: decloration for parameter of the gl terms to be exact.

    Why not copy and paste the error here? I don't know what you mean by "parameter of the gl terms".

    error states "decloration for parameter "glAcum" but no such parameter. 1st line of code above (line 1100 or so in gl.h)

    There is a reason he said copy and paste, because you have clearly made a typo in your description of the error.

    And while we're at it, I doubt there's a compiler in existence that gives an error message like "decloration for parameter "glAcum" but no such parameter". Read the whole error message (which may be on more than one line) and go from there.
