    Question C Primer Plus - Stephen Prata

    Hi all,

    I heard many good reviews for this book. Is it good for a programming beginner? I would like to learn C, but I don't want to waste money on wrong books.

    its a fairly good book for beginners.

    Make sure you get the 5th edition and make sure you understand that gets is dangerous (avoid it like the plague) and you should be fine with that.
