I suspect there's a minimum number of posts you must have before you're allowed to attach files. But if not, you should see a "manage attachments" button a few rows below the editor when you're making a new thread, or when you're viewing the advanced editor when replying (click the "Go Advanced" button).I hv got a flow chart.. but didn know how to attach
However - that's not all you need. As you should have read when you signed up, this site has a strict policy against doing homework for people. Once you've made your best attempt and have run into specific problems and questions, post your code and your question, and you will find a lot of people happy to help you. Unless you do that, you won't get much help.
