Just hang around on forums for a while, and wait for the next "why doesn't this code work" questions.
Or just look at past posts and avoid scrolling down to the "answers".

i have to prepare for a competition.....
so i was in search of them...
i wanted a few for practice....
i know many sites where there are algorithm design questions... like spoj, topcoder.....
but i dont know any site which has debugging questions...
