C++

Reading the title of this post, people wonder why it is in C section. The reason behind this is this question is for C programmers to answer.

Here are a few quotes:
C++ is a better C
C++ is a superset of C
C++ could do anything that C could

My question is why people still use C. Why don't just use C++, as it is better etc..
I know that there must be at least a reason. That is what i want to know.

EDIT: I am posting it here because i know that C programmers should know better.
