i have an AMD processor computer. i am facing lot of problems when i am trying to work in c graphics.
it doesnt generate an error, but its displays takes enough time to displaying.

Graphics is not my field by any means (I work writing code to devices which do not even have screen attached), but I assume most of the drawing related work is not done by processor, but by graphics card. I suggest you to check your graphics card's drivers are correctly configured, and up to date.
