i m looking for a program which should write my name of anything else in the center of the screen while i press ctrl+alt+p and whenever i press ctrl+alt+R it shoud restore my previous state of window.

That seems like an utterly useless thing to learn, seeing as DOS went out of fashion about the same time that Windows 3.1 came out, which I think was about 17 years ago (checks Wikipedia: March 1992 - not bad for a guess!)
Now, if you still want to do this, you would have to show us what you have done so far, perhaps we can help you.
