    OpenGL and my operating system

Can I use OGL to make my OS' GUI?
Vanity of vanities, saith the Preacher, vanity of vanities; all is vanity.
What profit hath a man of all his labour which he taketh under the sun?
All the rivers run into the sea; yet the sea is not full; unto the place from whence the rivers come, thither they return again.
For in much wisdom is much grief: and he that increaseth knowledge increaseth sorrow.

You're asking us whether you can write something with an API that might or might not be implemented on an OS we know nothing about?

Read the PM I sent you, hauzer. You asked a question way more complicated than I believe you realized. So I tried summing it up in the PM.
