I suppose using Google to find it would count as cheating? Considering that the first hit for "Pascal Triangle in C" looks about right to me, and on the first page of the 144000 hits that google gives, it looks like another 5 or so are good solutions - I didn't look too deeply into it.

Since you didn't specify what your problem is, I'm assuming it's that you don't know how to use Google. So here is a little Tutorial:
    1) In your browser there is something called an address bar (you can normally press Alt-D to put the cursor there).
    2) Type in www.google.com and hit Enter
    3) In the search field that appears, type a couple of keywords of what you're looking for. Eg. Pascal Triangle C code
    4) Hit the button that says "Google Search".
    5) Now comes the important part! You actually have to click on the links that it displays. Many people get this far and then claim that they couldn't find anything on the web. Be smart and click a link. The first one usually has what you're looking for. Otherwise, you can try the second, or even the third. It's amazing!!!

Of course, you can always come here instead, ask a stupid question and get flamed for it, but that's really a matter of personal preference.

    Hope that helps,

    QuantumPete
