    maybe '-lws2_32' ? (dev-cpp). w/ #include <WinSock2.h>

    uhm, what ever the equivalent is for winsock (1?) you need to link that dll/library.

    Awesome...the most obvious source of this function seems to be a keylogger. Sigh.
