Pause Function

    I have a question, I need to know if A pause function is user created or a standered library function?

    Such as I want the program to pause for a couple seconds, displaying a copy right screen and than, moving on.

    Platform specific only.
    For Windows, it's Sleep, for Linux it's sleep, I believe (note: case sensitive).

    Another difference other than the case is that on Windows you specify the number of milliseconds to sleep, while on UNIX you specify the number of seconds.
