    Among other things, if seat is a function, seat cannot simultaneously be a character.
    Code:
    void fc_name()//;
    {
    The semicolon shouldn't be there.
    7. It is easier to write an incorrect program than understand a correct one.
    40. There are two ways to write error-free programs; only the third one works.*

    Also do not call main() explicitly from within a program. The operating system calls that for you and starts the execution. If you want to return to main menu then provide a new function that you can call that holds it, or if you need the function to call itself then consider recursion.

    This MainMenu() function will eliminate the need to call main() from within your program.
    Control to all functions loops out from MainMenu(), and then returns to it, perhaps with
    a status variable if there is much likelihood of an error. Like reading a file that may not
    be in the right directory, etc.

    This is not tested code, btw, just a recommended approach to improving your program via a menu function.

    Program:
    Code:
    # include <stdio.h>
    # define NULL 0

    void book();
    void reserv();
    void fc_name();
    void tc_name();
    void data_submit();
    void list();
    void list_f();
    void list_f2();
    void list_t();
    void list_t2();
    void enquiry();
    void seat(),seat1(),seat2();
    int MainMenu(void);
    int z;

    static char *fsf[6] = {"0", "mon_f.dat", "tue_f.dat", "wed_f.dat", "thu_f.dat", "fri_f.dat"};
    static char *fst[6] = {"0", "mon_t.dat", "tue_t.dat", "wed_t.dat", "thu_t.dat", "fri_t.dat"};

    //void main()
    int main()
    {
    	int status, x;

            status = MainMenu();

            return (status);
