It is open, at least partly.

Yep, its called the Eden Project ad its in St Austell, Cornwall.
It is huge and supports tropical plants and wildlife - i think its one of the largest artificial environments ever created, i havnt been though! It covers a massive arae and its not fully completed yet.

yes, thats where the name comes from - i know a few people who have been and say its amazing. They are planning toput some tropical wildlife in there when all the plabts and stuff are in.
