    Perhaps the mods could mark threads as being solved. It's not as though they do anything anyways

    Many beginners ask questions that are so simple like a = that should be ==. When OP gets it the problem is really solved. There will be no more answers for that problem. Moderator can maek them solved.
    About advanced users, they can mark solved when hey are saticefied.
