I have an account on IBM alphaworks, I am trying to download the cell lib sdk and upon attempt I am told I need to fill out more information on my profile, but when I go to do so I get the "Our Apologies: unable to process your request blah blah...".
I already have everything else I need including the XL C optimization stuff. Anyone else encountered this problem? I'm not actually sure if it's a server problem or if for some awkward reason I've been disallowed.
