    one arm chin-up

Just wondering...I am pretty good at pullups, and decided to try one with one arm the other day. This doesn't mean grabbing one wrist with one arm. What it means, is putting one hand down like on your hip, hang from the bar with your arm straight, and pullup.

Any of you able to do this?

My weight would surely rip my arm from it's socket if I tried such a thing. I would fall on my butt then the arm would fall and impale me in the eye.

You're posting on a programming forum, and you're trying to tell me that you can do pull-ups?

    Nice try.

I just made an effort to do one. But all i did was roll on a side. It seems that i can't find the centre of my
weight. Anyhow i do pullups too, excercise everynight. Trying to avoid programmer stereotip, but i allready wear glasses...
At least i'm not fat so i'm half way there.

I don't mean to be a spelling nazi, but it's spelt "losing", not "loosing".

Well, because of my weight (95 KG's because of wiht training) it's a bit impossible for me. I can however do plenty of the wide grip pull-ups

No, I can't. Exercise is dumb.

    Congrats to you, though. Hero.

hi biosninja. Are you still playing WoW on Bloodscalp?
Remember that time we ran into each other? Sure you do.
I even posted a screenshot over at ES 'cause it was so
rad. I mean, what are the chances? About 200 US servers,
6million players worldwide, 3500 characters on each server -
only half of which were the same faction of us.

Not to mention the fact that the realm is a MST timezone.
I live in that timezone; you live in Africa.

    Amazing. Destiny.

    Hey!

No, I have not been able to play for a while. Since I bought the BMW.....how can I put this.... I've been a bit strapped for cash. But hopefully after my raise I'll start playing again

And true. What are the odds of running into each other.... I guess the only explanation I have for absurd impropable coincidence is..... 42

I'm too fat to be particularly good at anything.
I'm not immature, I'm refined in the opposite direction.
