Monday - what a way to spend a seventh of your life
Here's some advice iain..
*Cut out all cola/coffee/tea.
*Throw those damn cigs in the bin.
*Go see a doctor, because you really need some help with you sleep.
hmm, i seem to be fairly immune to caffeine (ive gone a few days without it ) before and my sleep pattern is the same as if i drink 8 or 9 coffees, im quitting the cigarettes in the new year and i think you have a point about the doctor.
btw: now 4:14am

As soon as it is a reasonable hour, give your local doc a call, and make an appointment. I doubt you're going to get to sleep anytime soon, but I'd say it'd do you a world of good just to have a rest even if you can't sleep.
Wow. It's never too cold to go outside and break that kind of
boredom. Maybe something exciting will happen, like you'll be attacked by a mugger but you'll fight him off and leave him
dazed and bleeding in the street.
You should move to the States, iain. There's always something to do around here. We're always open.

No. Wait. Don't hang up!
This is America calling!

I'm afraid not, at the USA Embassy in Bogotá, they're giving appointments to apply for a visa for March, 2003Originally posted by rick barclay
We're always open.
Fortunately, I already have a Business/Pleasure Visa, and if I want to renew it, I don't have to wait at all. I wonder how will it be if I get accepted to study there.
I don't think that there's more to do in the USA than in any other place (specially England), we all have our Bored times, I'm sure you'll get over it, and if you can't get any sleep, read a boring book, like (title translated) "Introduction to the economic history of Colombia by Alvaro Tirado Mejía", I'm sure you don't have THAT book, but you get the idea. , that puts you to sleep at once!

i tried the shopping channels - now if that wont put me to sleep - nothing will!!

When it gets to that time of the morning in the uk and your still awake theres only one cure, turn on your tv switch to teletext and read. You'll be asleep in no time dude.
