The coolest sport.....
the coolest sport is definitely billiards.
a few reasons:
It requires skill.
you don't have to be terribly inshape to play.
It takes years to master any aspect of it (i've been playing for like 4 years and i still can't get good english on the cue).
It requires intelligence to play.
It requires advanced planning to win.
Matches can get rather exciting when they're close at the end.
There are so many games you can play using the same set of balls and table.

tennis! [well you need to be in shape...] oh and chess! [but that's not a sport, per se...]
-
Football, it's physical, fast paced and exciting to watch in the stands or at home....and no I do not mean soccer. Although I like that as well.
-
foot/fut ball/bol hurts... ouchie...
-
Surfing.
All that communing with nature stuff. Very good exercise.
-
surfing or snowboarding ownz....

<< foot/fut ball/bol hurts... ouchie...

Golf definately requires more skill and mental train than billards

Cricket is the best game in the world, a close second is Rugby Union.

I would say Biliards and Bowling.
In what other sports/games can you play while holding a bottle/glass of your favorite (alcoholic) beverage in one hand and make decisions about your next move while holding your stick or ball ... um, I mean cue or bowling-ball. :p
:D

"Heavy" sword fighting. Not fencing, but full armor, broad swords (wooden, typically) goin' at it for a title in a tourney. (SCA). :) Jousting is fun as well. Nothing beat a full out war with hundreds of participants, of course.
-
Pill pool, baby! That's where it's at! Every Saturday morning down at the hall. Four, five, six to a game, quarter a pill.
Now THAT was fun.

Dancing rocks! (not a sport strictly speaking but you get physical exercise).
Ba that...
Squish is the best sport ever! It's a mutilated version of squash that involves four people to a squash court (at least!) and two or more balls.
Rules: When da ball comes at you. 'it it! HARD!
(Trying not to crane the person next to you!).
If the ball gets stuck in the ceiling/on a light etc. that constitutes a point. Requiring a new ball each time of course. One with the most points before we have to leave wins.
That's great fun! ..and looks pretty funny...
...especially when you try to do it in a suit.
