So, hows everyone? Just thought i'd post to say hi...well, actually, its really late in the night here, but, i aint sleepy...i really dont know, but i am turning into a nocturnal animal sorta...these days, i end up staying awake till about 5 in the morning, n wake up really late...ive tried sleeping early, but i just am not able to..
Any other "nocturnal animals" out there? Also, if anyone has any idea about putting my internal clock back on track, please help..

2 of my roomates are nocturnal and like to play GTA with surround sound gun shots... I mean, the place I live in isn't that nice so I wake up in the middle of the night and think im in the middle of a drive-by, so it's not that cool.
    Hmm

Ive had a similar problem a while ago - I couldnt sleep for any longer then 2 hours , i would wake up and go back to sleep. It was like that for 1 week when i decided to see my doctor, he said since i was a young man I should just wait and see since sleeping very bad is normally something only older people might experience...

I went on like that for 4 weeks, and right now i manage to sleep 5 to 6 hours before waking up. The only thing that has really worked without any side effects is to go for some running or some swimming (that way exhausting myself so I would be death tired towards 11 oclock in the evening )... I have also tried to drink alcohol so I would just be drunk enough to sleep trough the night, but since its not that healthy and gave me some side effects ( like not being very awake in the morning ) so i gave that one up.

Also eating on regular times can improve the amount of time you sleep. Try to eat on a regular time and try not to eat too much in the evening...

If it really continues for any longer then 2 weeks Id suggest you just go and see a doctor about the issue. Im sure they can tell you much more then someone like me .

Anyhow I hope you can find your normal sleep back ( actually alot of people suffer from a bad sleep, which indirectly will result in their activities and such during the day, most people just dont know since they will not realy wake up in the night but their brainactivity will be not as much as normal ).

    Greetings,

    Ganglylamb.

My roommate in college was the same way, except the game was Half-Life and the weapon of choice was the rocket launcher.
If I did your homework for you, then you might pass your class without learning how to write a program like this. Then you might graduate and get your degree without learning how to write a program like this. You might become a professional programmer without knowing how to write a program like this. Someday you might work on a project with me without knowing how to write a program like this. Then I would have to do you serious bodily harm. - Jack Klein

Does anyone at college really sleep? It didn't turn out too bad; I bought him a pair of headphones as a random September present. He got the hint.
