Michael Jackson was just found NOT guilty of all counts. He's a free man.

I personally like the way South Park put it. Whether he's guilty of child molestation or not, once you have a child of your own, it's time you stopped dwelling in your "lost childhood", grew up, and started taking responsibility for the life now in your hands - I don't believe his current lifestyle does that.

A message to the parasites who try to screw cash out of naive wealthy people, (although I heard MJ's finances were anything but solid right now).
Wave upon wave of demented avengers march cheerfully out of obscurity unto the dream.

solid? he's in mucho debt... half the beatles' catalog may soon become the property of some bank

I agree... leave him alone... the prosecution had a weak case (from what I heard/saw) and this is the second time he's been cleared of charges.

secondly, why let your kid sleep over his house anyway?

lastly: as long as he's responsible, who cares about how he does things... you can be childish and responsible at the same time (I'm not saying he's responsible--I know nothing about his life, nor would I like to)

    TLDR version: who cares.

kinda figured he would be found not guilty since deliberations were taking so long.

also, regarding his finances - he'll just do another tour and make some money

The Scott Peterson jury took just as long. Most of the expert predictions were guilty, based on the reported behavior of the jury as they entered the courtroom, and of the district attorney - who may have known the verdict ahead of time. I was leaning towards guilty, but considering the 1993 case I could've gone either way.

also, regarding his finances - he'll just do another tour and make some money
He's been in financial trouble for a while, and on top of that it costs money to do a tour. Based on his physical condition during the trial, I think he's beyond his touring days - they are very stressful. 'Twas the end of Michael Flately, if I recall.

Besides, I'm reminded of the following report from the Daily Show with Jon Stewart.

"His back pain is real, Jon, it's his life that's imaginary. I mean, think of the mental blow dealt to him upon finding that he has no military rank, whatsoever".

Why on earth would the DA know the verdict ahead of time?
