That was my first impression, but the "legal analysts" on the news said he would've - hence I added, "who may have known".

Are those the same "legal analysts" who said that he would be declared not guilty if the jurors looked at him?

    God, I hate TV news.

Those are the ones - but it was more like - if they have a guilty verdict they will always look directly at the judge and nowhere else - which makes sense.

As for being stuck in his childhood, I just bought a pair of cap guns at Walmart. They come with cowboy-style holsters!

I wonder how long it'll be before we see "embedded" reporters in trials.
The word rap as it applies to music is the result of a peculiar phonological rule which has stripped the word of its initial voiceless velar stop.

Does the side of the gun slide open so you can put the caps in and feed them through a slot where the hammer hits them? That's how mine were.

They should make cap guns for adults - they were so cool

The left side of the rotating barrel slides up and you insert the roll over a little pin.

They're talking of banning replica guns in the U.K. - that would practically make you a criminal here (and lots of others besides). Stupid nanny-state nonsense. Introducing ridiculous laws like that only serves to restrict the freedom of the law abiding.
