.NET 2.0 beta 2
In case any of you are .NET developers, Microsoft has released beta 2 of the new Framework ('Whidbey', 2.0)
Also, all of the Visual Studio 2005 Express applications have been updated.
And in case any of you are confused (like I was at one time) about Visual C++ Express, you can create win32 GUI applications, you just have to setup the Windows Platform SDK by hand.
Just a quick question to you BMJ ( since it seems you know alot about visual studio ;) ).
I dont know why but for some reason some people are not able to run my applications made in Visual Studio .NET 2003 ( wether it is C# or J# or whatever ). I had them download the .NET framework from Microsoft´s website but the application wont even load ... something about version incompatibility or something ...
Only people who also have the Visual Studio .NET 2003 seem to be able to run my programs ( without first compiling them ).
Is this a known problem and is there a solution to this ( as in installing an older .NET framework or whatever ... ), since i think people are already downloading the latest .NET framework straight from Microsoft.
Thanks in advance :).
