    What Does DB mean on a SCSI?

    I'm looking at an image that says:
    NARROW SCSI: DB 25-pin connector

    What does the DB mean? Not Database, not decibals, but something mysterious!

    Weird... I've never asked the question either, but I do know the D is just the shape of the connector. I have no idea what the B stands for.

    Hey Thantos what was your Google query?

    So "D" is the shape of the SCSI connector and "B" is the size type.
