    Keyhole continuously updates its database with the average age of imagery ranging from 18 to 24 months. Imagery can vary in age from as new as 2-3 months to as old as 2-3 years. Keyhole is increasingly taking advantage of satellite imagery to update the Keyhole database more aggressively.
    I still suggest you follow the link--you can find out how old the pictures of your area are.

    There's a smaller airport (Willow Run) right across 94 from me, and then Detroit Metro is just down the road to the east.

    did anybody else notice that the little information bubble google pops up puts a shadow on the satellite image?

    Yeah... it does it on the map version too.
