Opera: They believe they have correctly implemented IDN, and will not be
    making any changes.
Mozilla: Working on finding a good long-term solution; provided clear
    workaround for disabling IDN.

There are some major discussions in the Opera community boards and they all point to the fact that this exploit is not a "software bug". There is nothing you can really do to stop the user from clicking on a link that performs the exploit. The best they could do is to alert them that spoofing is actually occurring.

That is why Opera stated that they implemented IDN correctly. Not because they don't care. They are in fact looking into finding a way to alert the user that something like this is happening.

So run along to your little Firefox crowd and quit ........ing in the "elite" pool.

P i s s is not allowed? WTF? What are we... 5 years old?

Oh, and another thing, as stated by many others, the best advice is to always go to popular money-exchange sites via bookmark or typed in URL.

If I did your homework for you, then you might pass your class without learning how to write a program like this. Then you might graduate and get your degree without learning how to write a program like this. You might become a professional programmer without knowing how to write a program like this. Someday you might work on a project with me without knowing how to write a program like this. Then I would have to do you serious bodily harm. - Jack Klein

That's perhaps why it's a beta? Just judging by the number of dupes, you seem to be struggling with the browser.

Someone in some article somewhere actually claimed it a good sign that IE was "immune" to the "bug"...
