is it apporiate or any other way of saying it? pls help...

"May I" is generally better than "Can I".

Try something like 'find out' instead of 'know'.

Or perhaps, "Could you please tell me"

Just so you know, "this" is singular. If you say "this sentences", you must either mean "these sentences" or "this sentence".

What language do you speak? I might be learning it right now :) .
