So now that Christmas is over I was wondering what everyone's plans were for New Year's Eve? Also anyone have resolutions?
I know I am planning on getting drunk with my wife at home.

My church is having a dance... Maybe someone will spike the punch with Mountain Dew and things could get interesting...Quote:

On New Year's Day we usually watch the Rose Parade, but that's about it.
Mormon, right?
That's the one..
Didn't you say you were going on a mission soon?
In 16 Months. DavidP used to be a regular here, he left a couple of months ago and is currently serving in Italy. When he gets back, I will have just gone.
You going to Italy too? Beautiful place, love the wine and the beaches.
Well I don't know. You put in your papers and then they write back and tell you where you're going. I'd laugh if we get sent to the same area though!
getting ........ drunk and passing out in some strangers backseat, then looking for my cloths.
Well, lets see 16 months.... I think I'll be in S.C. then. If that's where your going look me up :)
RoD: Good plan. A friend of mine recently woke up in a stranger's apartment after a party!!! (btw, the stranger was not at the party, evidently my friend just walked into his apartment and crashed in the empty bedroom!!!)
Getting drunk/watching movies with my GF, neighbor, and her BF and brother.
Optionally, getting very quietly trashed with the neighbor's bro later on and talking about literature and philosophy until we both pass out.
wow if thats what u call getting trashed you dont wanna party with me or govt LOLQuote:

Trashed, where I come from, refers to a degree of intoxication, not a mode of behaviour.
In other words, if this actually happens, we'll just sit around getting more and more philosophical, because we're both very quiet drunks.
If your 'getting trashed' involves acting out your inebriation in a highly exhibitionistic manner, then you're prolly right. I've been there, done that, and didn't like it.
wat happend to the pic of govt being help upside down drinking from the keg LOL

I'm going to a NYEve party at my buddies house...there will be about 25-30 of our friends there - good times :)
Well when you get some Mormons all hopped up on caffiene, anything could happen. Who knows, maybe some chick'll flash her upper arm!
 That's way out of line!Quote:

Looking forward to watching 24 / 2 on NYE as 24 / 3 will be aired in January here.
I'm going to the belgian coast with some friends. we're going to eat, drink, eat, drink, drink, drink,...
then perhaps (if we're able to) go to a party and finaly drag ourselfs back home
That happens once in awhile, but more often than not when I drink I do stuff like what Aerie's talking about.Quote:

But I will be eating lots and lots and lots of wings. Mmmmmm wings. Maybe there will be Mormons there - there was always a group of Mormons that came into the BW-3 I used to go to regularly. Sean, maybe you knew them? Their name tags said all their first names were "Elder". Weird.
on the subject of mormons, when i first spotted them, i thought that ALL of their first names were "elmer"
later on i discovered i need glasses..
