    northern lights

Anyone see them? I got some white stuff going on here that flashes ever so often, just like a (excuse the twisted analogy) reflection of light scaling down a butcher knife, like in a movie. It's pretty, but weird looking at the same time. It isn't drastically obvious here, but it's very easy to see it.

Not little dots in the sky. Giant sweeping rays of light that take up 75% of the sky.

Active sunspot group 696 has ejected considerable matter recently. There have been many aurora reports as a result.

The only ones I've seen (from PA), are red. And it fills quite a bit of the sky. I tried to take some pics, but they came out pretty crappy.
