Most amateur phishing mail ever?

I got this on one of my public e-mail account this morning. This has got to be the least professional phishing scam I've ever seen! The approach, the grammar... enjoy!

and you will not have any privacy problems with your credit/debit card details in 
future. You will be free to shop anything anywhere you want without getting any 
problem of your identity and it will make your shopping safe and secure.

In case if you do not provide your billing information, you will not be applicable 
to our System as a kind of service to US/UK bank customers. Kindly provide

Sounds like someone who's getting a lot of official letters ( big words in there ) but is not speaking english daily ( most mistakes are covered by basic grammar ).

But yeah, that's brilliant *g*

sounds reasonable to me, dont you want to be able to "shop instantly anywhere you want with total safety and security" ?

That address comes up as a bank of america banking center. I wonder if they know about this?

Yes.. out of the millions of emails sent every year, it just takes a few people to make the scam work perfectly enough.
From a magazine I just read, spammers can get 250.000/year by just fooling a few people.
