Happy enlargement ? What is that supposed to mean ? I just sent my account number to the friendly nigerian guy who needed it for some kind of transaction. I'm just happy that Visa found out that my card is used without my permission and wants my card number to stop that... oh, you mean that enlargement ? Yeah, thats nice. ;)
I heard an interesting bit about Estonia now being the most technilogically advanced country in the EU. It was on NPR - but I can no longer find the link....Anyway, I found that highly ammusing...

Don't underestimate little things like cooperation. Its a start.
Depending on how this was measured, it's perfectly possible. The new members may be best ... per capita any day. It's not that hard, because although 10 new members of 26 sounds a lot, if you add all ten new members populations, it does not even add up to the population of Germany. With a lot less people, per capita comparisons don't make much sense :DQuote:
