What do you want to know ? A .bat or .cmd file is a file that contains lines of DOS-like commands. It's like a shell script in *nix.

She was so Blonde, she spent 20 minutes looking at the orange juice can because it said "Concentrate."

When in doubt, read the FAQ.
    Then ask a smart question.

Do you mean "Where can I ask about problems of writting a .bat file? Thx!"

Dan gookin did a good book on advanced bat file writing. Its cancelled now (has been for ages), but you might get it cheap on ebay or find it gathering dust in a library somewhere. I think he still carries the examples on his site...................

    Its a really good book...
