Martha Stewart is a $$$$$. She deserves to go to jail. Sign this petition and pass this message on to 10 people and tomorrow someone you don't like will get in trouble.

    Online petitions work!

    > Martha Stewart is a $$$$$. She deserves to go to jail.

She deserves to go to jail because you don't like her? That's a good reason.

    I signed your petition.

She wasnt convicted of commiting insider tradeing.

She was convicted of LIEING to the government about a phone call.

The REAL charges of commiting securitys fraud and insider trading and all that garbage agwere dropped and they are trying to get her on a technicality.

In this country we have something called sympathetic sentencing, when your charged with everything in the book, like trason, spying, and a whole bunch of other things, and you plead out on your lowest offence, such as credit card fraud or something, when the sentencing phase comes, everything you were charged with weighs against you as well, eventhough you werent found guilty of it.

She was found guilty of lieing to scumbags in the government about talking to a friend on the phone when they are investigating him. It was clearly a witch hunt and she tried to lie as to not get involved.

DeepBlackMagic I take it you feel its ok to lie to the government? If she did nothing wrong then why lie about it? Or hell why not just invoke her 5th admendment right?

Those are some very nice legal documents however most of those counts were dropped.

She didnt lie in court, note how she was never charged with purgery. The 5th is for when your on the stand in a court case, not when your talking to federal witch hunting grand inquisitor stormtroopers.

Conspiracy to obstruct a government witch hunt, and obstructing a government witch hunt by lieing about being a witch.

Conspiracy, which simply means talking to another person about the witch hunt, is a crime because talking is illegal now, And lieing, which is again just speech, is illegal since speech is illegal.

STOP TALKING! ITS ILLEGAL! Crime-speek! No evidence at ALL, no charges other than SPEEKING. Yes im very very angry with the socialist state of america. This is just like back with McCarthy. IM NOT A COMMUNIST! But you were accused! Name your communist friends! I AM NOT A TERRORIST! I AM NOT A FREE THINKER!

Go read the crucible. Fine work of american literature. Or 1984. Great book. Check a few parallels.
