    Unreal Tournament 2004

I just bought the UT2k3 last sunday and it really kicks!

Here is what I run it at
    P4 2.2 400BUS
    256RAM
and an Intel integrated cheep video! 64mb (I think its something like 10815 chipset or something along that path, too tire to look it up)
    and XP home for OS

The game requires me to run it on minimum sys. requirements, and it is still glitchy when I I got lots of bots and a huge map.

But UT 2k4 is commin out and the system specs havn't changed much.

What if I get GeForce 5200 with 128 RAM to the system that I got, will it run smooth? What you think?

First off, "running at min. sys requirements" and "really kicks" should never be in the same sentence. UT2K3 sucks and I'm far from the only one that thinks so. It blows compared to older versions and hopefully they'll revert back to what was good in the new version.

Moving to a 128mb card should help. I'm running a ti4200 and it handles the game pretty good. And I'm only using a AMD 1.2 GHz.

OH... and the end of the video (for UT2K4) says "Coming WINTER 2004"..

    WTF?

How is this a flame war? He stated how he didn't like a video card, that's an opinion.

an opinion would be, " I think the gf 5200 sucks because...". Just stating "gf 5200 sucks" is stating it as a fact, and thereby is flamebait from any fanboys on either side of fence.

Ok, agreed that gf5200 isn't that good, but check this (maybe I'm wrong) some of you guys are buying vcards that run faster then your AGP port can take and therefore does not add to performance!

Ok, I suck. But who cares?

    Anyway...

Will GF5200 with 128 ram run Unreal 2003 on all settings maxed?
