In the premier/triple feature there were a lot of people dressed like Neo or Trinity respetivly. And every single "Trinity" looked way hotter than the original on screen.
I'd watch a fourth part even, just to see most of them again

She was so Blonde, she spent 20 minutes looking at the orange juice can because it said "Concentrate."

When in doubt, read the FAQ.
    Then ask a smart question.

Wow... I am surprised to see that _no one_ here liked Revolutions! I personally cherished every minute of it. I ate it up. Yum! I think it was an astounding ending to a fantastic trilogy. I was utterly fascinated and am still pondering... Honestly, none of you liked it? How terrible...

I don't think the end is as open-ended as everyone is making out. The Architect created a perfect matrix again where only the humans who want to be connected will be and the others will be freed to join the rest of free humanity (albeit living free because of the will of the machines). So it seems humans will coexist with the machines for all time. One thing I don't understand at all is how the machines will survive if they let all who want out out. Are they still going to grow babies? Another question, why in the god don't the machines build a tower to rise above the clouds to absorb the sun?

Anyway, I think this trilogy is a monumental achievement. Watching it in IMAX made it an even more enjoyable experience. I am counting the days till the DVD is released so I can sit and enjoy the entire masterpiece in its entirety... To reiterate [for (itr = begin(); itr != end(); ++itr)] this is an amazing movie and feel priviledged to have witnessed such a thing in my young life.

I pretty much enjoyed it......good SciFi / Action film (as with the previous films) and a cut above most other films in the same genre....

    >>One thing I don't understand at all is how the machines will survive if they let all who want out out. Are they still going to grow babies?

Hmm...the way I read it, the deal was that humans who realise they are in the Matrix and want out can do so without fear of being trashed by agents....the vast majority who are blissfully unaware of the situation will go on as normal.

Might have misread this totally...but that's how I reconcilled it in my mind...

That's how I understood it, but then that would mean that humans are going to just accept that the machines continue to grow babies, right? I am also curious if the humans will just remain underground for the rest of time... It would seem they have no choice since the sky is scorched and the surface is cold. Not quite the happy ending I had hoped for for the human race, but at least the war is over.

I'm glad to see at least one other person here has some taste.

I dunno...I guess it isnt perfect....but it's a good option if your fate is to be wiped out utterly.....it would be good if such imperfect truces could be accepted so quickly and so trustingly by both sides in real life

Yea i hated it... a lot.

The first one was actually a good film, the second was mediocre and the third was just dire.

    That's better.

I think it helps that I actually had no good expectations going into the third one, since I already knew the ending. I was pleasantly surprised. I hope the Wachowski brothers are executed for that horrible, horrible second one, though.

yeah, as long as they don't start executing programmers for writing bad code.

I didn't spend months hyping my code only to deliver a broken ass program with a pretty GUI and a help system 5000 pages long that doesn't actually answer anything.

I wish I'd never seen the second two. The first movie is IMO one of, if not the, best movie I have ever seen.

The second Matrix would have been most excelent if it weren't a "Matrix" movie. I loved the whole highway scenes. Neo jumping off and smashing that car, the bike race backwards down the freeway, the ghost programs. All that was exceedingly entertaining, different, and very well filmed. One of the most awesome action sequences I've seen in a very long time. I just think the plot sucked. Coming into these two new movies, I had the expectation that I would be in for a masterfully done mind bender like the first. I guess the massive disapointment killed everything else there might have been.

And Trinity: "JUST DIE ALREADY!" Jesus H Christ that was a lame scene. I've never cared so little about a main character in a film dying. Its not like we hadnt figured out she had crap all pokin' out of her the second the camera was only showing like one hand and her head while neo scrambled around. Crappy cinetography there.

And is it just me, or does it make no real sense whatsoever that Neo can blow up machines in the real world? Are we just supposed to accept this?

Best part of 3 was in the matrix where every building and street was full of Smiths. That was cool. The fight blew chunks though.

My sentiments exactly. I'm glad we concur on something.

Are you kidding me? That was unbelievable. I loved that scene. The fight for the dock was nearly as smashing.

You people are not right in the head if you ask me. And as a matter of fact, even if you don't ask me.
