I'm tired of being viewed as a junior member.
On other chat boards I changed it to a personal statement.
How do I do that on this board.
I've seen other people that have done this.
Anybody willing to let loose the secret?

You're going to keep being a junior member for a bit. Then, one day in the future, hopefully once you've become well acquainted with the board and have a decent amount of knowledge about programming, your status will be upgraded to Member. Then, after you've gained some more experience, you'll be upgraded to Senior Member. Then, you'll be able to change your title in your user cp. Until then, you are aptly titled.

Learning and posting...mostly the posting, but learning is nice too. As far as I know, these forums let you change your title when you reach a certain post count.
The information given in this message is known to work on FreeBSD 4.8 STABLE.
*The above statement is false if I was too lazy to test it.*

Yeah, I was specifically trying not to tell him that post count was the key to upgrading one's status. If you spam our forums, you will anger us. Please don't spam.

Don't you have to have 400 posts to change you're status?
Away.

No worries. I'm not going to abuse the rules to satisfy my want for a new name.
Anyways, I have enough questions about C/C++/C# to advance my posts dramatically the lagit way.
One of the advantages of being a newbie at programming.

One of the first things newbies should do is read the FAQ .
When all else fails, read the instructions.
If you're posting code, use code tags:
/* insert code here */
