eye care
Recently I've been straining to see - writing on the screen is getting harder to focus on, now I have to strain or lean in, and I believe this to be caused by being on the computer a little too much. Does anyone have any advice to save my eyes? I'm going to an optometrist soon, but anyone have any other ideas for what to do to help(and yes I do take occasional breaks and read or rest or whatever.) Thanks.

My i eyes did cahnge from computers. Ive had glasses for 3 years or so and my eyes only changed once. There staying consistant. I dont think your computer will make teh glasses get thicker and thicker.
